INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that:

Based on the analyses performed, the Data Controller is not required to appoint an inspector.

1. The Data Controller processes ordinary personal data for the following categories and purposes, based on:

• If you are an EMPLOYEE of BIZON INT Sp. z o.o., then your ordinary personal data will be collected for the purpose of servicing the employment process of employees of BIZON INT Sp. z o.o., staff matters and the archiving of employment documents.employment documents.
• If you are an EMPLOYEE of the CONTACTOR of BIZON INT Sp. z o.o. - ordinary personal data; this data is collected in order to carry out the process of quotation, conclusion of contracts and orders as well as execution of service contracts, so-called services.
• If you are a CONSUMER - ordinary personal data concerning consumer data, individuals; this data is collected for the purpose of the recruitment process and in occasional cases for the fulfillment of orders for individuals.

2. Personal data will be stored for a period depending on the applicable regulations for the type of service provided.
3. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
4. Your personal data is not and will not be made available to other recipients, except where such an obligation arises from universally applicable laws or where you have given your consent.
5. You have the right of access to your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of the processing. The right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing is based on consent) that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, by letter to the following address: BIZON INT Sp. z o.o. based in Tomice, 05-532 Baniocha; ul. 6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (RODO).

8. Your data will not be subject to profiling.
